Epenarra artist Julie Beasley has painted a variety of bush medicine plants against a background showcasing her unique style of dotting where many fine dots coalesce to form blocks of colour. The leaves of bush medicine plants found around Iytwelepenty (The Davenport Ranges) are boiled and used to cure fevers, aches and body pains. Depictions of bush tuckers are commonly used as a tool for the recording and sharing of cultural knowledge.
