Triscilla Pitjara Peterson

Triscilla Peterson is an emerging artist with a rapidly growing career. Born and raised in Wutunugurra (Epenarra). She began painting consistently in 2018, alongside the other artists of the Epenarra artist collective, and progressed rapidly to taking on larger canvases and more experimental works. Triscilla paints the scenery and bush foods of the country around her home. She often uses an intriguing combination of realism and traditional pattern-based dot-making, resulting in an element of abstraction in her landscapes.
