"Bush medicine. Go out with the kids. For sores and colds." When we go out hunting we see all the beautiful bush flowers. We use some of them for bush medicine. Each one is different - some we boil and take a bath in the water with them. This helps with small sores and other skin issues, and the steam helps with colds and flu. Other types we crush and add fat and rub ourselves with it. These types of bush medicine flowers have been used by my people for more than 60,000 years.
