Collection: Susie Napangarti Pope

Emerging Tartukula Artists Susie Pope is an Alayawarre woman from Sterling Station. She joined the Artists of the Barkly collective in 2021 and has experimented with different styles throughout her short career. Susie's work is distinctive for her use of dramatic colour against dark backgrounds and the sense of movement she creates with textural brush strokes. She is particularly interested in bush medicine and flowers.
